RETURN / REFUND POLICY
Our return policy is effective for 30 days. Please return items in new or as-delivered condition within 30 days from delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging.
For refunds (if applicable), please go to our Contact Page and submit the message with your full name, order number, item description and the reason for your return.
Return requests for orders received and delivered 31 or more days will be politely declined. If 31 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. After approval, we will deduct the return fee of $7.99 from the original processed amount and the remaining refund will be processed to your original form of payment. The original form of payment may take a few days to process the credit.
The original shipping charge is not refundable. We do not refund the original shipping charge.
Please make sure to read our item descriptions carefully. Please bear in mind that photo may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display.
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the item is brand new and unworn condition.
Please return in original packaging.

Please follow these instructions for Return Request:
1. Take a photo of the problem – If the problem is size, please use a measure tape or ruler.
2. Send an message with the subject line “Order #" “Your Order Number” to firstname.lastname@example.org or our Contact Us form page .
- Please include the following:
- The photo(s)
- A specific description of the issue
- The Order Number - If there are multiple products in an order, identifying the product with the issue
Our support team will respond with return Instructions via email and we will send you a second email with our return label to your email address that was initiated at the time of purchase.
All orders are guaranteed for delivery. If orders are not received due to circumstances beyond our control, a replacement item will be ordered. The replacement item will be shipped to the original Shipping Address listed at the time the original order was placed.
Return / Exchange Process
If you believe an error has occurred due to a mistake on our part, first of all please accept our sincerest apologies! Your satisfaction is of the highest importance to us! We are happy to replace or exchange any items that we missed the mark on.
Refunds will be granted if the customer ordered the incorrect size/color/quantity etc. We ship the exact item(s) that you select at time of purchase. If you require a change to your order, please email us ASAP and we will try our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been processed or shipped, please follow our return process.
There is a $7.99 return fee. The return fee will be deducted from your purchase. Kindly check our refund policy and terms of service. Please know that customers are responsible for shipping back the item for refund. Please email email@example.com for a return label.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Items received that are defective or damaged will be replaced with the same item. Please note, shipping cost are additional charges.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support email.
ORDER CANCELLATION AND CHANGE REQUEST
At your request, we will cancel an order within 1 hour if the order has not been processed and shipped. We require a 1 hour notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, color, size, or shipping address information. Just feel free to contact us and provide your full name, order number and items you would like to cancel. Please message through our contact form or at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reply as soon as possible.
Please note that any request received after 24 hour period will no longer be accepted. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed.
